The receipt no. had SRC***** in it and when i looked it up online i saw a note stating " your applicaiton is with our Texas Center". I did send it to NSC on Jul 2.
I understand that. What I wanted to know was what number you have? SRC or LIN? And also to confirm, if it was cashed by TSC? and not the case that it was cashed by NSC and then scheduled to be transfer to TSC?
As you had said "I think it got transferred to TSC". You mean it really got? or you think?

I did get LUDs today. Both mine and my husbands I-485 and I-131. But nothing on I-765. Anyone has any idea why they took FP when my I-140 and EAD still pending?

I called IO today, still no information in system about my I-485 application that I filed June 28. What is funny is they can find my H1 extension that I filed on July 22 ??!!
I asked if my case will be transfered to Texas as my I-140 is approved from Texas, answer: Yes it will transferred to Texas IF they need to. So it is not a must. we will see..

1. "W2 Self-employed" is an oxymoron. Self-employed option is possible through 1099. Nowhere on the Yates memo (or any other USCIS resource) does it say that you have to be on a "permanent" job. You sure can be self-employed (i.e., not on a W2) with AC21 provision, as the Yates memo clearly says.

The same works with self - employment. As long as your self employed as drawing w2 salary and doing the same duties - it is permanant employment.

Being self employed and doing consulting work means you r constantly doing projects under your own corp which is perm job.

If Labor Certification and I-140 Approval Notices are a property of the Employer, how the "Beneficiary" is supposed to invoke 'AC-21' for changing jobs in the future without having the approval notices? - My employer has a policy of NOT giving out approval notices of LC and I-140.
