No. Pls only focus on the specific message in the email you had sent. Do not send another email to the email you have already sent and have it be ignored again or take a different route in the messaging.
Now you would want to call the office and talk about the points in your letter and ask why you did not get specific response to your suggestions. You wish to speak the legislative aide / immigration aide and discuss the issues in person rather than getting such automated messages that does not help you 'the constituent'. This is a serious issue for you as a constituent and would like it serious consideration by the office and discussion with you.
Take the matter a notch further and raise it. Then contact IV to help you out with the next steps.

My current employer is not willing to provide copy of I-140. I got EAD in 2nd week of October 2007. Can I change job using AC21 without copy of I-140 from current employer. What are the documents I need to change job using AC 21? Thanks in advance for your replies
Who filed your AOS? Your I-485 filing has to include an approved copy of I-140 and LC. Since I-485 is your filing, you can ask the attorney to give you a full copy of the filing (including I-140 and LC).

I am not sure why USCIS is publishing the updates every week saying that there is progress in receipting dates.
There are so many of us just in the July 3rd to July 16th range.

What is the difference between the two? IMO, two words "Effective Marketing". Come on, where are the MBA's among us who can offer strategy? Actually I feel we are so backward that we don't even need MBA's to improve from here, just any simple ideas
I respectfully disagree. It has nothing to do with marketing, fraud desi companies put up free ads on sulekha, its the mindset of a large number of our audience we are missing and need to account for. maybe it has to do with jugaad/kludge - the goal defines the means (loosely).
Of course many of these expectations cannot be satisfied in a honest non profit.

I applied for my EAD and AP renewal on the second week of May 2008. Again, I am not sure if EAD or AP renewal triggered the FP notice. Good luck to you.

USCIS will consolidate FPs for 485 and EADs. So if we don't receive biometrics for 485, hopefully we will get one for EAD renewal which will also serve the purpose for 485 processing.
Note: This only applies to concurrent filers of 485 and EAD.

IV effort needs 50 thousand dollars to make sure we can meet our immediate needs and also make a big impact via this advocacy day event. There are several large and small expenses like booking hotel conference room near Capitol hill for organizing the event/situation room, Organizing reception for lawmakers, their staffers, and administration officials to attend, creating advocacy packets for each appointment taken, advocacy firm fees for helping out with a large event like this etc. We can plan more ideas like Press briefing event, full page ads in national newspapers if we can have sufficient resources. This event will most certainly bring our issues to the national center stage and help us get much needed immigration relief in the months ahead. IV is starting this campaign ahead of time to better plan and execute our advocacy day (http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/forum85-action-items-for-everyone/1901186-action-item-advocacy-days-in-washington-dc-in-april-2011-a.html).

At least Bush Administration was sympathetic to our cause. Everyone knows that this is a congressional fix but alteast Bush never came up with those anti-H1b policies to destabilize people in GC queue. Now these numbers have retrogressed in month of June when historically this has never happened. Obama is trying to woo people at the cost of Indian community.
Everyone knows Durban & how he has lately tried to screw Indian community and Obama is a good friend of Durban. Now Democrats are in majority , why have they not fought for your cause ? There was an idiot congressman in IV Dc rally who was talking about making all illegals legal from IV stage. So what else u can expect ?
Come out of Obama Dreams & fantasy world. Obama is not good for us. He is good for illegals and any immigrant who is aspiring a blue collar job. They don't want you & me taking white collar jobs. He is helping right-wing white supremacist agenda by aligning himself with people like Grassley & Durban.

Bush, deport and detain illegal immigrants while expanding and ignoring any frauds in H1/L1/etc programs for 8 years. Obvious, Bush thinks our future voting block will be in republican favor and illegals future voting block would be in democrats favor.
Now we see with Obama he is acting in the opposite manner. He wants to legalize illegals to create a future voting block and to penalize and stop/disarm the h1/l1/etc programs because he believes we will not vote for democrats when we become naturalize.
I will be sending this letter on Monday anyways because we need to do something our voices are being DROWNED out by the ANTI's!!!

Its good to see this thread is still active. I just came home after 30 hrs non-stop work due to our product launch. I did go through quickly on all the posts after my post and I really didnt get the point I was looking for. I will respond to each of you tomorrow in one post.
The response I see for any type of campaign in the form of contributions is pathetic, based on the number of people waiting and those who are active. We will go nowhere, but this must change, and we will help.
I will now have to sleep for 5 hrs and then go back.

Hi,
I filed for my I-140 last month and got a reciept notice. Based on the processing times it looks like it might take atleast 6 months for my I-140 to get approved. My priority date is 07/2004 EB3. In case EB3 dates move this month and my PD becomes current, Can I still file for my I-485 this month even if my I-140 is not approved yet?
FYI,
I cannot file for I-140 premium processing as I have filed for I-140 with a substituted labor.
